What I collect
- Information you choose to share, like your name, email or phone number when you join the Temple, sign up for the free experience or text me about VIP.
- Basic, non-identifying site data (pages visited, device and browser type) that my hosting provider may collect automatically.
How I use it
- To deliver what you signed up for, communicate with you and support you.
- To send updates and offers you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To improve this site and my offerings.
What I never do
I don't sell or rent your personal information. I only share it with the services I use to run my business (like my community platform, payment processor and hosting), and only as needed for them to do their job.
Payments
Payments are handled by secure third-party processors. I never see or store your full card details.
Your choices
You can ask me to see, update or delete your information at any time by emailing jaclynkaminskibodyandsoul@gmail.com.

Terms of Use
- Who can join: You must be 18 or older to purchase or participate.
- My content: All teachings, recordings, activations, writing, images and materials on this site and inside my programs belong to Jaclyn Kaminski Body and Soul LLC. They're for your personal use only. Please don't copy, share, resell or redistribute them without written permission.
- Memberships: The Frequency Temple and VIP Inner Sanctum are monthly memberships with a six-month minimum commitment. After six months, you can cancel anytime before your next billing date. Payments already made aren't refundable.
- Community: Be kind and respectful, and keep what other members share confidential. I may remove anyone who harms the space, without refund.
- Changes: Offerings, pricing and these terms may change. Members keep the rate they joined at for as long as they stay continuously enrolled.
- Liability: To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jaclyn Kaminski Body and Soul LLC isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or my programs.
- Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
